Children's Yoga Birthday Parties
Each yoga party is unique, age appropriate, and includes both basic and challenging yoga poses, breathing techniques, fun yoga games, relaxation time, as well as a fun art project, all in 90 minutes! For events held in our studio, you are welcome to bring in your own special decorations, treat bags to send home with the children and additional food and drinks for the adults. Adults are welcomed and encouraged to participate in yoga as well!

Basic Yoga Birthday Party Package
Cost: $180 (for up 15 children)*
Includes all of the above with a theme of your choice! Some examples might be Zoo, Jungle, Beach, Farm, Outer Space, Nature or come up with your own!

Decorate Your Own Yoga Mat Party Package
Cost: $250 (for up to 10 children)*
Includes everything in the Basic Party Package as well as an extra half hour to decorate their mats! We provide a full sized yoga mat for each child, as well as stencils, markers and/or brushes, & paints. Our instructors help your children and their friends create a beautiful keepsake to take home, so every time they practice they will be reminded of their awesome yoga party experience! Recommended for ages 7 and up.
